Our company also manufactures 5-kilogram blocks, which have extensive applications in horticulture by virtue of its excellent drainage properties and ability to retain high oxygen levels. In recent years, these peat blocks have succeeded in replacing peat moss in commercial and domestic gardens and in green houses, where they are known to induce early germination of seeds by breaking seed dormancy in almost all flowering plants and vegetable crops. They have been widely and successfully used for lawns, orchids, bonsais and all kinds of garden plants. They also provide an excellent growing medium for vegetables in pots, or on the ground.

We manufacture Coir pith blocks in two dimensions. The smaller one weighs 650 grams and is widely used as potting medium in combination with required fertilizers and nutrients. For instance, mushroom growers around the world use pith blocks for large-scale mushroom cultivation. These blocks also serve as soil supplements by virtue of its water-holding capacity and aeration. Their ability to reduce seed dormancy and promote early germination is made use of in floriculture and vegetable crops, and hence, have come to be regarded as valuable additions to gardens and green houses. Wet blocks also find use in tissue culture and growing of seeding grafts.

Coir Disc

A Proven substitute peat moss, rock wool or perlite, the coco peat discs not only outperform most peat brands, but also reduces peat extraction from many environmentally sensitive swamps in various parts of the world. The discs are extremely practical and absorb 4-5 liters of water, which is nearly 8 times their weight and are highly porous, allowing strong root development. Besides allowing the roots to retain its moisture and reducing over exposure to sunlight, the discs also help to ward off growth of weeds at the plant foot.

Our Coir pith Discs are compressed coir pith designed for use in pots. The Potting soil mixture can be tailored according to the kind of plant and growing condition prevalent at the user end. The discs come with a hole in the center to facilitate easy planting and are ideal for seed germination and saplings and can be made available in a variety of dimensions. Our discs find use in growing bulbs and tubers and in home gardens. Besides finding use as a medium for seeding or seedling growth, the discs are an equally effective medium for growing well-grown plants.

These are made by subjecting high quality coconut coir pith to compaction, followed by granulation of the compacted material. The pellets have unique physical and horticultural characteristics and are consequently, in great demand by horticulturists for use as refill plugs in seedling trays. Their high air porosity and water holding capacity; consistent texture and perfect p11; as well as minimum level of biodegradation and easy-to-use characteristics make them a highly sought-after medium for home and commercial gardens. Grow Bags

We manufacture our Coir pith Grow bags by blending coir pith with appropriate quantity of short coir fiber, compressing it and packing it loosely in Polythene bag. The bags are white outside and black inside to protect the root system from heat build-up.
